Are there delays in shipping due to Covid-19?

Due to the current environment with the Covid-19 pandemic it is safe to say delays may happen. We have not experienced delays at this point, but they may occur due to the increase in delivery of items and the low number of postal workers.

How long do shipments take to be delivered?
After you place your order, the order will be process between 2 - 4 days. Once the order has been processed, we will send you the tracking number via the email that you used when placing your order. Delivery time will take 10 - 28 days.

How much is shipping?

How can I track my order?

Once you receive your tacking number you can track where your order is by using the tracking number. You can also email support@starassortedgoods.com and we will provide you with your order status.

 How do I cancel my order?

Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items within an hour after the order is placed. We process orders as quick as possible, if your order has been processed we will not be able to cancel your order.

What can I do if I received a damaged product?

Contact us immediately with your order information. We can either send you a replacement order or you can return the order to us to receive a full refund. If you chose to receive a full refund, we will need tracking of the package when you return to us. We will provide you with a return address upon request. 

What are my payment options?

We accept Shopify Pay, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal. All mayor credits cards.

Why can’t I complete my order because of a zip code error?

This error typically occurs when the billing address entered does not match what is on file with your financial institution. Try to process your order again with updated billing information that matches the billing information on your credit card. If you continue to continue to get an error, please contact your credit card issuer to verify the credit card billing information.   

Is my credit card information safe?

We don't store any credit card information at checkout so your information is secure. When you complete your order on our site, you'll notice the lock icon in the address bar, and you'll also notice the http:// become https://. The 's' and the lock means you're on a secure server.
